To whomever demanded of my hosting provider to shut down my entire site because of a perceived copyright violation, I would like to say two things.
One, you should have emailed me first instead of taking me offline for nearly two days. You cost me untold revenue in holiday sales and I will review this matter with counsel after the holiday weekend.
