Give a Good Dog Another Chance

Prior to their life as internet stars, Princess, Jake, and Chas were rescue dogs. Dogs, who by no fault of their own, end up without a home.

Due to overcrowding at shelters, many of these dogs end up being euthanized. Most of these dogs make perfectly good pets.

All they really need is a loving home.

If you're considering getting a puppy, consider that puppies need to be trained, socialized, and house broken. In other words, puppies require a lot of work.

While some rescue dogs may have "issues" due to abuse by previous owners, they are usually more easily trained and "adopted." Most are already housebroken and trained.

Given that every dog is unique, no situation is easily classified or predictable. Your mileage may vary.

All that we ask is that you give some thought to getting a rescue dog instead of a puppy.
