I'm not really a Jedi, but I play one on TV.

About Frank

So you want to know more about Frank? I'm flattered.

Well, I have been on the internet since 1991, when I was a freshman in college. and the idea for Frank's World came to me, but that's another story, thoughtfully told in this Flash animation. The story is mostly true, but it's been spruced up via dramatic license.

Frank's World came to the web nearly twelve years ago in 1995, when I uploaded those first few pages of HTML to the disk space provided by my ISP at the time.

MVP LogoI'm a Tablet PC MVP, conference speaker, author, world traveler, Photoshop Jedi, snowboarder, classic car enthusiast, former EMT (Emergency Medical Technician), former VP at a major global bank, and, every once in a while, like to DJ and mix up music.

From 2000 to 2001, I lived in Frankfurt, Germany, where I was able to explore Europe. (Und, ja, ich kann deutsch sprechen.)

WTCI used to live in in Lower Manhattan as well.

Unfortunately, my apartment was severely damaged on September 11th and moved to New Jersey.

In 2004 , I moved to Richmond, Virginia.

You can read up on my latest adventures and happenings on my blog.

Married and a Home Owner

In April 2006, I met the most lovely girl in the world. The only problem was that she lived about 120 miles away from me up in Northern Virginia. After nearly two years in Richmond, I decided to return to ag "big city" and be closer to her.

Last year, we got married and then bought a fixer-upper in suburban Maryland.

Now, the bulk of the major projects are done and the house looks great.

Naturally, I know that home rennovations are never truly done and with an acre of yard to manage, I've got my hands full.

But, I needed a non-computer related hobby and yardwork seems a good fit. :)
