In 2018, Microsoft announced AI for Accessibility, a program committed to empowering people living with disabilities. Its focus has been on harnessing the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve assistive technologies and solutions with disability communities, through grants and collaboration.
